TRAIN WITH BAY AREA SOCCER ACADEMY

At Bay Area Soccer Academy, everything is built around teaching players how to train with INTENTION. The details matter, the repetitions matter, and the environment matters. Players train in groups that match their level for the right challenge and coaching.

WE FOCUS ON APPLICATION​

  • We cover the core technical pillars with every player, regardless of age or level:
  • • Juggling and ball handling
     • Dribbling variations and changes of direction
     • Short and long passing
     • Receiving and turning
  • • Shooting and finishing
     • Defending fundamentals
     • Possession and combination play
     • Crossing and long balls
  • Every player will get reps on the foundational work, and then more advanced concepts depending on their group placement.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 6TH AND 13TH

The Technical Soccer Training Includes:

Individual Ball Work

10:30-10:50AM

  • Juggling and ball handling techniques
  • Develop dribbling variations and changes of direction
  • Build confidence with every touch on the ball

Functional Training

10:55-11:30AM

  • Position-specific technical work tailored to your level
  • Practice short/long passing, receiving, and turning
  • Learn shooting, finishing, and defensive fundamentals

Small-Sided Games

11:35-12:00PM

  • Apply techniques in competitive 'winner-stays-on' format
  • Practice possession, combination play, and crossing
  • Experience real-game decision making under pressure
