This event goes beyond typical training—it’s an opportunity for players to receive high-level technical and tactical assessments usually reserved for advanced club or collegiate players.Â
What Makes This Unique?
While many clinics focus on drills, this session integrates in-game coaching and strategic guidance into each drill, giving players the opportunity to apply their technical ability under game-like conditions. They’ll leave with a stronger understanding of how to use these skills during actual gameplay.
On Field Assessment
COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
- What we will cover:Â
- Dribbling: Players will perform different dribbling variations and changes of direction.
- Passing & Turns: We’ll assess short and long-range passing, ball control with turns, and precision.
- Ball Handling & Juggling: Players will showcase their ball-handling ability and juggling technique.
- Long Balls & Crossing: We’ll evaluate long ball technique and crossing accuracy.
- Shooting: This includes power shots, placement shots, and finishing under pressure.
- Tactical Training and In Game Scenarios:
My specialty is In Game coaching—coaching players through game-like situations to build their tactical awareness. During the assessment, I’ll provide in-the-moment guidance and tips to help players better understand positioning, decision-making, and spatial awareness. This interactive approach not only tests their skillsets but also gives them practical ideas for in-game scenarios they can apply in real games.

For those wanting even more insight, our Full Feedback & Video Analysis Assessment offers in-depth feedback and coaching on your child’s progress and development. This option includes everything in the On Field Assessment plus:
Personalized Video Feedback:
The entire assessment session will be recorded. You will receive edited video clips of your child’s key moments from each drill and game scenario, with expert feedback on their technique, positioning, and decision-making.
Written Technical & Tactical Report:
Our assessment goes beyond numbers. You’ll receive a qualitative, in-depth written report covering your child’s strengths and improvement areas across all technical and tactical aspects, including:
Skill-specific insights (e.g., shooting accuracy, crossing consistency)
Tactical understanding and game-readiness
Suggested focus areas for individual practice and improvement
Based on the assessment results, we will give players advice on areas to work onÂ
One-on-One Follow-up Zoom Session:
We’ll schedule a Zoom call where I’ll personally review the video feedback with you and your child, discuss the written report in detail, and answer any questions to help you understand the roadmap for improvement.

- On-Field Training (3 Hours)Benefit: This intensive, three-hour training session covers all foundational skills like dribbling, passing, juggling, shooting, and positioning. Players will also engage in game-like scenarios that allow them to apply these skills in real-time, under pressure. This format helps players better understand in-game decision-making and tactical awareness, and it’s designed to elevate both technical ability and game intelligence.Â
- Video Feedback and Analysis (2 Hours)Benefit: By recording the entire session, we can review and analyze your child’s performance, creating a visual tool to help them understand key areas for improvement. This video feedback shows players what they’re doing right, as well as specific adjustments in technique, positioning, and movement that can make a big difference. It’s a resource they can revisit to reinforce learning.
- Written ReportBenefit 2 Hours: Each player receives a detailed, written report summarizing their performance across all skills and tactics assessed. This report serves as a roadmap for improvement, providing insights into strengths, areas for growth, and suggestions for further development. With tailored, actionable feedback, players and parents get a clear view of what to focus on moving forward.
- Zoom Call Breakdown (30 Minutes)Benefit: In this one-on-one call, we’ll review the video feedback and written report together, walking through each key point and answering any questions. This personalized session helps ensure that players fully understand their assessment and the next steps in their development, offering valuable guidance to reinforce training goals.
