At Bay Area Soccer Academy, we believe that no matter what level you’re playing at—development starts with intentional training. Whether you're a beginner building confidence or an advanced player preparing for the next level, our goal is to provide personalized training solutions that meet your specific needs.
This summer, we’re offering both 1-on-1 and small group training sessions Monday through Friday in the East Bay, with training locations in Orinda and Danville.
Each session is tailored to focus on individual development—whether in a private setting or within a group. Our training is structured, competitive, and aligned with each player’s goals.
All training is led by experienced coaches under the guidance of Director Javier Ayala, who brings over 20 years of coaching and player development expertise.
Coach Adrian Guzman – Former UC Berkeley standout currently pursuing a professional career
Coach Jack Grossman – NCAA Division 1 player at Syracuse University
Coach Florentino Pérez – High-level youth and collegiate player from Portugal with a sharp technical foundation and coaching background
Each coach brings elite playing and coaching experience, a player-first approach, and a commitment to helping athletes build the habits and confidence to excel.
